Payment
We accept credit and debit card payments via PROTX.Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch).
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Stationary Engine Parts Ltd have cleared in full.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP (Sterling). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
Stationary Engine Parts Ltd monitor prices on a daily basis and will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to trade' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Simple Biodiesel reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Delivery
Your order will be sent to you within 14 days. International orders will be sent to you in 21 days.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

Shortages
Any shortages of delivered items must be notified to Stationary Engine Parts Ltd within three working days of delivery. Stationary Engine Parts Ltd will not be held liable for shortages notified after three working days.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
The Customer may only cancel orders once accepted by Stationary Engine Parts Ltd under the following conditions. Stationary Engine Parts Ltd may, at its discretion, allow an order to be cancelled subject to Stationary Engine Parts Ltd recovering from the Customer the costs incurred. In the event of cancellation of part of any order only, Stationary Engine Parts Ltd may invoice the Customer any difference in selling price per unit applicable to the quantity actually despatched up to the time of cancellation compared to the quantity ordered.
The customer may only return products to Stationary Engine Parts Ltd, and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:
The Customer must contact Stationary Engine Parts Ltd prior to the return of any products and obtain the prior consent and a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork) Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. Products must be returned adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: CUSTOMER RETURNS, Stationary Engine Parts Ltd, 12 Deepdale, Woodthorpe, York, North Yorkshire, YO24 2SA.
The Customer must quote the invoice details or the reference number on the original despatch note, otherwise any credit given for the returned products will be based upon the lowest sales price; and for products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in accordance with the above a 20% handling charge will be applied. All delivery charges are non refundable.
Where the customer returns products not in accordance with the above conditions (for example, after 30-days from the date of despatch or in an unfit state) Stationary Engine Parts Ltd may refuse delivery and return the products at the Customer's expense or may apply a handling charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing (subject to the minimum charge of £15.00).
This returns policy excludes calibrated products, non-catalogue products, extended range products, and specially manufactured products. Stationary Engine Parts Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from the Customer to Stationary Engine Parts Ltd.
All products manufactured or sold by Stationary Engine Parts Ltd are warranted free from defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch, either by Stationary Engine Parts or the respective manufacturer.
